Cahill, SIOR and David Gilkie, CCIM negotiated a 32,160 SF lease extension to Baer Supply Company at 19 Barker Road, Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
Gregory Cahill and Whitford Bond, from Nordblom CORFAC’s Boston office, along with Steven H. Podolsky, SIOR of Chicago-based Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International represented the tenant, Baer Supply Company. Podolsky Northstar is the CORFAC affiliate for Illinois and Northwest Indiana. David Gilkie from Nordblom CORFAC’s Burlington office represented the landlord, Flauto Realty Trust.
The 32,160 SF single-story warehouse located at 19 Barker Road is Baer Supply’s Massachusetts location. The building is zoned heavy industrial, has six (6) tailboard docks and 20-foot clearance.

The lease extension includes a renewal option for the company at the end of the lease term.
