GMAC adds 11 firms; Weichert expands in the South

Two real estate franchise companies today announced additions to their real estate networks.
GMAC Real Estate Franchise Operations today announced the addition of 11 more franchisees throughout major American markets.
The new GMAC franchises include: GMAC Real Estate Fine Properties, Santa Fe, N.M.; Nelson-Vrooman GMAC Real Estate, White Plains, N.Y.; Spanish Trail GMAC Real Estate, Las Vegas, Nev.; CCR Realtors GMAC Real Estate, Lima, Ohio; GMAC Real Estate Gillespie Realty, Fredericksburg, Texas; GMAC Real Estate ServiceMax, New City, N.Y.; Luxury Homes GMAC Real Estate, Boca Raton, Fla.; Pacific Shore Properties GMAC Real Estate, Fresno, Calif.; Preferred Properties GMAC Real Estate, Waterloo, S.C.; Ramagli GMAC Real Estate, Fairless Hills, Pa.; and Spangler Select GMAC Real Estate, Shrewsbury, Mass.
GMAC Home Services has four operating companies, including GMAC Real Estate Franchised Offices, GMAC Real Estate Company Owned Offices, GHS Mortgage and GMAC Global Relocation Services. The GMAC Home Services Network includes more than 1,300 franchised and owned residential real estate offices throughout the United States, Canada, Portugal and Puerto Rico.
Meanwhile, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors, continues its growth in the South with the addition of franchise offices in Englewood, Fla., and Townsend, Ga.
The two new franchisees are: Weichert, Realtors - Realty Extraordinaire, Englewood, Fla.; and Weichert, Realtors - Coastal Resources, Townsend, Ga. Weichert now has 70 affiliated offices open in Florida.
Weichert has nearly 19,000 sales associates in more than 425 company-owned and franchised sales offices in key markets throughout the U.S.
