There are lots of things you can do to make your home much cooler when it's a boiler outside. 1. You can close your windows, doors, draperies and blinds before the sun has a chance to warm your home. You can open them when the sun goes down in the evening. This makes the inside of your home cooler than the outside. 2. You can provide shade around your home by planting trees and having awnings over your windows.
